SIMS Institute of Hospitality and Hotel Management had the honour of having over South India's fame Dr. Chef Rajmohan.
Chef Rajmohan is Guinness World Records Holder and currently Head of the Department at GTN arts College.
Students and the faculty at SIMS Institute of Hospitality were in awe of the moment when they met Chef RajMohan and learnt about the nuances of cooking and more. With this He has taught three dishes in particular with a practical demonstration.
